Meet Kirsten (Kisa)
Founder • Wai Veda
Ayurvedic Consultant & Vedic Life Path Guide.
I believe we each carry an innate intelligence, a deep knowing that lives within the body, the heart, and the soul.
Yet many of us have been conditioned to override it. To ignore our internal signals. To live out of sync with our natural cycles and rhythm of nature.
Wai Veda was born from my devotion to return to ancient wisdom and personal power in a way that fits modern life. To welcome every phase of life with love and acceptance. To embrace being fully human, and fully divine.
My Daily Life
In my daily life, I relate as a mother, partner, and lifelong lover of nature and wisdom traditions. I am nourished by quiet mornings, meditation, music, meaningful conversations, and stargazing around a fire.
My Path
Like many women, I have moved through seasons of transition, questioning, and renewal. Moments when what once worked no longer did. Moments that called me to go within, recalibrate, and trust myself more deeply.
My path has been shaped by a love of nature and wisdom traditions, and by a desire to experience life beyond familiar boundaries.
This journey led me to live in SouthEast Asia & the Middle East for nearly a decade, where I immersed myself in diverse cultures before returning home to the beloved island of Hawai‘i.
