My Work
In my work, I offer presence, deep listening, and grounded guidance—with respect for where you are.
Each consultation begins with an in-depth exploration of your current season and goals. We identify your unique constitution (dosha) and current state of wellness—across energy, sleep, digestion, stress, and daily rhythms.
From there, we restore harmony through lifestyle practices, nourishment, movement, breathwork, and herbal support—tailored specifically to you.
I apply Ayurvedic wisdom through practical, integrative tools, honoring your season, your rhythm, and your individual needs.
These sessions are ideal for those seeking support with everyday concerns, recovery, hormonal and life transitions, sustainable wellness, and a more empowered relationship with their health—while also offering insight into one’s path, purpose, and next chapter, if desired.
Wai Veda reflects a return to natural rhythm—and the innate wisdom of your body and soul.
My Path
My path has been shaped by a deep passion for supporting others in living healthier, more vibrant, and fulfilling lives—guided by a lifelong curiosity for wisdom traditions and a desire to experience life beyond familiar boundaries.
This calling led me to live in Southeast Asia and the Middle East for nearly a decade, where I immersed myself in diverse cultures and approaches to wellbeing.
Having lived on the island of Hawai‘i for over two decades, I now share this work to my local and global community—supporting others in reconnecting with their bodies, their energy, and a more natural way of living.
